Supplies replenishment itself is already a complex activity and PrinterCare has extensive features to make your life easier on this topic. Either based on percentage level or remaining days we can manage your supplies activities. But what not many people may know is that we also have an integrated link to existing logistic providers in order to trace and track the status of these supplies.

How does it work?

When you generate your order list you have the possibility to generate bar codes for each order. These QR codes need to be printed as stickers and then you can stick them to the packaging of the supply  that needs to be shipped. The QR contains all the information about the order including device information, IP-address and even the location of where this toner needs to be shipped to.  As soon as the logistic provider has picked up the consumable for transport each step can be traced and tracked in the PrinterCare portal.
