Still many customers have security and/or work council related policies preventing them to use the PrinterCare cloud portal. In these case we can obviously provide with all the relevant information about our security measures which we have bundled in our "security whitepaper". But sometimes, customers have extremely strict security measures only allowing an in-house client/server solution.
We support this via our "PrinterCare Local Server". This is a local server with all the features, functionalities that we normally make available in the cloud based solution. Installation of this server takes only a few hours and we guarantee that all information will stay local.
We also ensure that this server will continuously be updated with the latest device information as well as features which are available via our cloud version.
